Any arrival or departure day & holiday duration (strict minimum of 6 nights) is acceptable. We accept £ sterling + Euro's. Currency converted at the rate current at time of payments. Deposit of 20% secures the booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable security deposit of £100 payable with balance. 

Cleaning pre your arrival + bed linen, towels, electricity & water are included. No additional extra's!

Cancellation Policy:
 

• 100% refund if you cancel at least 8 weeks before check-in.

• 50% refund if you cancel at least 4 weeks before check-in.

• No refund if you cancel fewer than 4 weeks before check-in.
